I just wanted to take a moment and say 'Thank You' to everyone for all of the birthday wishes. It means a lot to me that you all took the time from your busy lives to wish me a happy birthday, and I feel very blessed to have each and every one of you as my friend.

Why do they talk about luck while discusing hardwork? Even if luck exist, you can't do anything about it. Its just like 'Mount Everest'. Can you do anything about it?Move it, reduce it size or tell winds to change the directing because it exist? Hardwork is bottom line. Once you've crossed the bottom line, then you've right to discuss Mount Everest.





For years women have fought to get to a place of recognition  
& respect . We attained much but still we have many things back !

Believe it or not, they can cry and be in pain as much as you can . . . You also need to realize you can hurt his feelings by saying mean things, they can be just as sensitive as you are ! Once in a while, make him feel loved, by reassuring him too
